Polycrafts was an enterprise development project which produced accessories and souvenir items made out of a polymer clay. The business was in the form of partnership which was ran by the three student entrepreneur namely Iris 0. Palen, Christine Joice K. Paredes and Pia France G. Perena. The capital of the business P48, 000.00 was equally contributed by each member of the group. The enterprise operated for 88 days from January 15 to April 14, 2019 at lmus, Cavite. Polycrafts used cost-based pricing wherein the price of a product is determined by adding a percentage in addition to the cost of making the product.
Different strategies in promoting and marketing the products were used such as online selling through Facebook and Instagram, personal selling, reselling, giving promos like "Summer Sale" and All Out Sale", attending different events in schools, and sponsoring an event. Polycrafts enterprise aimed to gain experience in handling real life business situation and to analyze different problems and possible solution in this kind of business. Also, to determine the profitability of Polycrafts and to distinguish the different marketing strategy that they used in running the business. Polycrafts offered stud earrings, dangling earrings, necklace, bracelet, keychain and souvenir items which were distributed to the different schools, resellers, churches and individuals who ordered from their online store. They also conducted a workshop in Christ Life Academy. For the whole operation, Polycrafts generated total sales of P36, 760.00.
