A three month entrepreneurial development project was conducted at Cavite State sixty in Indang, Cavite from December 1, 2015 to March 1, 2016. Generally, this entrepreneurial development project was designed to personally experience managing and g an actual business. Through this project, students' critical thinking and decision-g were developed. It also enhanced the students' capabilities in handling conflicts and problems while operating the business. Specifically, this study aimed to determine the ability of producing waffle sandwiches, implement marketixfiategies appropriate for a kee-4,0 e sandwich, determine the probability of the project and identify the problems that will be untered in the business and suggest viable solutions to the problemsencountered in the business. The business was operated by three entrepreneurs who shared the different duties and possibilities accompanied in operating a business. The project covered the functional cement areas such as planning, organization, controlling, leading, production, marketing finance. The experiences gained by the entrepreneurs in managing this project made them identify and developed their managerial skills and be a critical thinker as well. The initial capital of P30,000.00 was equally shared by the entrepreneurs. The enterprise generated total sales of P75,400.00 with a cost of sale of P36,932.11 which resulted to a net of P26,986.42. The project accumulated a total asset worth P57,986.42 in three months of operations. The initial capital of P30,000.00 was equally shared by the entrepreneurs.
