Abstract: BRIONES, JHESIUS C., MOISES, GELLIAN FAITH M., PAREDES, RIA CHRISTINE R. GRJ DSGN Accessories. Enterprise Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Ms. Mailah M. Ulep. The enterprise was operated for 88 days or three months from 14 November 2014 to 19 February 2015. The project generally aimed to expose the students to actual business environment and apply the knowledge and skills they gained through practical application of theories and principles in managing a business. The project also aimed to determine the strategies needed in producing, marketing, and selling customized watches and accessories; determine the profitability of the business; gain knowledge and better understanding of the needs and wants of the customers in the line of watches and accessories; and identify problems that may occur while operating the business and provide feasible solutions. The business was in the form of partnership with an investment of P30, 000 which was equally shared by the student entrepreneurs. Duties and responsibilities were delegated to each partner to monitor the vital aspects of the business such as the production, marketing, and finance. Decision making was jointly done by the partners to assure that the business is on the right track in achieving its goals and objectives. GRJ DSGN Accessories offered jewelry products such as wristwatches, bracelets, necklace, and earrings that were personally designed and created by the entrepreneurs. It also offered other services such as repair and warranties. Product warranty is within the first month after the sale has been made. The enterprise made use of different promotional tools like flyers, brochures and social networking to promote its products so xiv that prospects and customers would be aware on the existence of the enterprise's products as well as the latest product offerings. These tools contained the enterprise's business number and address. Aside from personal selling or direct selling, GRJ DSGN Accessories actively used their Facebook page to transact with customers. Contact details of the enterprise were seen on the page. Orders to be delivered had delivery charge depending on the address where the products are to be sent. After three months of operation, the enterprise generated a total sale of P55,910, a net income of P20,134.53 and raw materials ending inventory amounting to P7,888.13. The enterprise' total assets were P50,134.53. During the operation, GRJ DSGN Accessories encountered some problems. On the first month of operation, large volumes of finished goods were made while low sales was generated. However, as the operation continued and the target market was getting aware of the existence of the enterprise, sales increased. Other problems were lack of raw materials needed during a certain period when the business was not able to sustain the demand of the market. With this, the entrepreneurs took orders and had a cash-on delivery policy. Through these difficulties, the students' managerial capabilities, decision making skills and communication skills were developed and enhanced.
