A three-month field study was conducted at Ju-Young in Lot 6 Blk. 21 Phase III PEZA, Rosario, Cavite. The study was conducted to describe organization and management of the firm; describe the products offered in the market and identify the problems as well as the future plans of the firm. Data and information were gathered from company's profile, interviews with the personnel, an actual participation in the company's activities. Other data like company code of conduct was gathered from the orientation manual of the company. The company distributes its products to nine customers including Dae Ryung Ind. (Phils.), Inc., Maxon System (Phils.), Inc., Dae Kyung (Phils.), Inc., and LG Collins Elect. Manila, Inc., Uniden Phils., Inc., Phillips Semi-Conductor, Dai-Yoon Phils. Inc., Arim Phils., Inc., Dae Uen Phils. Inc. and American Power Conversion (APC). The company gives some discounts to the previous customers. The major problem encountered by the firm was delays of operations of the business due to breakdowns of forklift machines use in daily operation.
