Abstract: GLEN L. RODIL, ERICK S. CRUCILLO, MEDELINO B.PEJI. Senyor Panadero's Bakery. An Enterprise Development Project Report. Bachelor of Science in Business Management; Major in Marketing, Cavite State University. Indang, Cavite. April 2003. Adviser: Ms. Lina C. Abogadie. An enterprise development project named SENYOR PANADERO'S BAKERY was conducted in 219 R. Magsaysay Street, Daine II Indang, Cavite from November 4, 2002 to March 4, 2003. The project aimed to give the students an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in the actual operation of a bakery business; describe the marketing activities of Senyor Panadero's Bakery; determine the profitability of a bakery business and identify the problems encountered by the business and come up with the feasible solution. An initial capital of P 30,000.00 was equally shared by the members to finance the purchase of raw materials, tools and equipment, salary of baker, transportation, electricity and rental for the store. There were several processes in the operation of the bakery business such as preparation of raw materials, mixing of raw materials, molding, baking and packaging. Bakery products were delivered to nearby towns, canteens at the Cavite State University, Daine Western Cavite Institute, and sari-sari stores in Indang, Cavite. Delivery of the products was done daily except Sunday. Data and information pertaining to the entrepreneurial project were gathered through actual operation. The project earned a total sale of P 81,426.00 during the entire operation. The total cost of goods sold amounting to P 62,140.00 was incurred. A net income of P 4,209.00 was realized. As part of the business enterprise, Senyor Panadero's encountered problems which resulted in the delay of their production. Insufficient stock of raw materials was one of them. To solve this, advance purchasing of additional supplies was done to avoid the delay of production and at the same time the high cost of transportation. Another problem was the excess production of bread. To solve this, leftover breads were converted to breadcrumbs and toasted bread.
