Abstract: SANGANGBAYAN, MATT F. Marketing Strategies of HDR Foods Corporation, Cavite. Case Study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University. January 2019. Adviser: Mrs. Cecilia T. Cayao. The case study was conducted at HDR Foods Corporation located at Blk. 4 Lot 16 Mount view 2 Bancal, Carmona, Cavite from March to April 2019. The study focused mainly on the marketing strategies of the company. The study aimed to identify the different marketing strategies of HDR Foods Corporation. Specifically, it sought to answer the following: (I) describe the profile of HDR Foods Corporation; (2) describe the marketing strategies of the company(4P's); (3) analyze the marketing strategies using SWOT analysis and (4) identify the problems encountered in marketing the company's products and recommend solutions to the problems identified. Interviews and observations were the methods used to collect the data from HDR Foods Corporation. The company website was also browsed. Other data and information were collected from the files and records of the company. The data gathered from the interviews and observations during the conduct of study were prepared and analyzed using descriptive method of analysis. Important points such as Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) were identified. Tables were also used for further discussions of the topic. HDR Foods Corporation uses different promotional activities. The two main aspects of promotion include the above the line and below the line activities. Above the-line promotion category aims at promotions through TV channels, radio, traditional forms. Below-the-line promotion category includes promotional activities under the direct control of the company. HDR Foods Corporation still has to consider some improvements. In order to sustain their operations, the author recommends the improvement of their process through innovations of their strategies and continues to maximize the use of social media. The company should also continue to research the markets and leverage their knowledge to make its global plans and campaigns a success.
