Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, April 2015. Adviser: Mr. Gener T. Cueno. The proponents engaged in a milk tea retailing business as an Entrepreneurial Development Project. The project aimed to provide the proponents the experience in managing a real business and for them to apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned in school. Specifically, this project aimed to: 1. determine the profitability of milk tea retailing business; 2. identify appropriate marketing strategies for milk tea retailing business; and 3. determine problems that may be encountered and suggest feasible solutions. The project operated from 17 November 2014 to 18 February 2015. It was located at the Trece Martires City public market beside the Police Outpost. The business offered different flavours of milk tea such chocolate fudge, mango, pandan, swiss mocha, taro and wintermelon. An initial capital of P30,000.00 was equally shared by the proponents to start the business. At the end of the operations, the business generated total sales of P159,782.00 total gross profit of P75,506.64 and a total net profit of P66,969.31. Through this project, with all the problems and difficulties that were encountered, the proponents gained a lot of knowledge, experience and new ideas. The proponents’ decision making, time management, critical thinking, skills and Strategic planning were developed.
