Bachelor in Sport and Recreational Management. Cavite University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Prof. Mary Ann R. Cardines. The study was conducted from June 2019 at Cavite State University, Indang, and Brgy. Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite. The purpose of this study was to promote s in a community concerning their health and improving their physical aspect by engaging them in doing physical activities. The study aimed to: describe the demographic characteristics of the residents in terms of age, sex, and educational attainment; determine the significant difference between the benefits of physical activity on wellness in terms of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, occupational and social aspect; and determine the significant relationship between the benefits of physical activity on wellness of the participants and their demographic characteristics. The descriptive research design was used to obtain information concerning current status to describe what exists. Quota sampling technique was used to determine the sample size and a survey was conducted as a method of data gathering. There were 300 respondents used in the study who were 18 years old and above and most of them were female. The research showed that the residents perceived a very high benefit derived Own physical activity that contribute to their wellness.
