The study was conducted to describe the socio-demographic profile of the participants in terms of age, sex, academic rank, and years in service; determine the level of awareness of the participants on gender and development; and determine the level of gender mainstreaming in instruction, research, and extension. The data used in the study were obtained from 225 regular faculty members of the university through questionnaires. Results of the study showed that the age of the participants ranged from 25 to 64 with an average of 40 years; majority of them had an academic rank of instructor and had been serving the university from 2 to 42 years or an average of 11 years.
