This study was conducted at Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite from August 2017 to February 2018. It aimed to determine the range of participation of the respondents and their assessments of the activities, problems encountered by the participants during the implementation, the implications of problems encountered in the implemented activities and suggestions from the participants that can improve the GAD program of the College of Arts and Sciences. To assess the CAS Gender and Development (GAD) activities affecting the Social Work students of Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, A.Y. 2017-2018, the researchers conducted surveys and interviews or actual conversations with the participants. In terms of the distribution of participants by year and gender, the fourth year students got the highest number, majority of which were female participants. CAS- GAD activities which affected the Social Work students were the integration of GAD and orientation on gender sensitivity, gender sensitivity seminar, information on laws relevant to GAD, research conference. These gained high result or had highly affected the participants. The problems encountered by the participants during the implementation of CAS-GAD activities based on the findings, the results show that is somewhat problematic in the said activities of GAD at all experienced by the participants. Suggestions from the participants that can help improve the GAD program in terms of activities of the College of Arts and Sciences based on the result all the activities are highly suggested. For the improvement of GAD activities, the activity should be interactive, reachable, and affective and also accommodative. In line with this, the activities should be well implemented and understandable to the participants and prioritize CAS GAD activities in promoting gender awareness in the college. Lastly, the study revealed that the GAD activities are very much affected the Social Work students of the College of Arts and Sciences though minor problems still exist.
