The methodology is composed of phases such as analyze/planning phase, breakdown priority project phase, design module phase, integration of sub procedure and testing phase, and test/implementation phase. The study used the following software applications in developing the system: PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the scripting language, My Structured Query Language (MySQL) for the database, Adobe Photoshop for the interface design, and Apache as the server.

The system was evaluated by 202 participants including the principal, administrator, teachers and advisers, and students of Trece Martires City National High School. The criteria used in evaluating the software were: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability.
