Summary, etc. Services marketing is a sub- field of marketing, which can be split into the two main areas of goods marketing and services marketing. Services marketing typically refers to both business to consumer and business to business services, and includes marketing of services such as telecommunications services, financial services, all types of hospitality services, car rental services, air travel, health care services and professional services. Customer relationship management (CRM) is an approach to managing a company's interaction with current and future customers. The CRM approach tries to analyze data about customers' history with a company, to improve business relationships with customers, specially focusing on customer retention, and ultimately to drive sales growth.
