Cueno. <br/>This study was conducted in order to determine the acceptability and usability of self-service technologies among professionals of cities in Cavite. Specifically, the study aimed to (1) identify the socio-demographic characteristics of professionals; (2) determine the different self- services technologies used; (3) determine the acceptability of Self- Service Technologies among professionals of cities in Cavite in terms of perceived cost, perceived risk, perceived security and trust; (4) determine the usability of self-service technologies among professionals of cities in Cavite in terms of efficiency, perceived ease of use and satisfaction; (5) determine the significant relationship between demographic characteristics and acceptability of self- service technologies; and, (6) determine the significant relationship between demographic characteristics and usability of self- service technologies. Data were collected with the use of survey questionnaires. Participants of the study were limited to the professionals of cities in Cavite. Weighted mean, percentage, standard deviation, Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient, Point Biserial Correlation Coefficient and Chi square were computed to analyze the data. Results showed that among the self-service technologies listed, beverage vending machine was the most used by the professionals. The participants agreed that SSTs' acceptability in terms of perceived cost is acceptable; perceived risk is neither risky nor not risky; they are secured and can be trusted. The level of usability of self-service technologies is efficient; easy to use and the users are satisfied. The acceptability of self-service technologies has a significant relationship with sex and salary of the respondents. On the other hand, sex, civil status, educational attainment and occupation were found to have no significant relationship with the acceptability of self-service technologies among the professionals of cities in Cavite. For the usability of self-service technologies, age has a significant relationship. Furthermore, the sex, civil status, educational attainment, occupation and salary have no significant relationship to the usability of self-service technologies among the professionals of cities in Cavite.<br/>
