The participants agreed that SSTs' acceptability in terms of perceived cost is acceptable; perceived risk is neither risky nor not risky; they are secured and can be trusted. The level of usability of self-service technologies is efficient; easy to use and the users are satisfied. The acceptability of self-service technologies has a significant relationship with sex and salary of the respondents.
