Academic Stressors, Stress Level, and Coping Styles of Selected Irregular BS Psychology Students of Cavite State University.Undergraduate thesis.Bachelor of Science in Psychology.Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2013. Adviser: Miss Louziela P. Masana <br/>This study determined the academic stressors, stress level, and coping styles of selected irregular BS Psychology Students of Cavite State University. <br/>Descriptive-correlational design was used as research method. One hundred irregular BS Psychology students were the participants of this study. The instrument used in this study was modified and redesigned. Frequency, mean, standard deviation, and pearson were used to answer the problems on this study and to find out whether hypotheses were rejected or accepted. <br/>The results revealed the academic projects or researches are the highest sources of the participants stress or it is the participants' number one academic stressor. The results revealed that the stress level of the participants is low and their coping level is moderate. In terms of relationship between academic stressors and stress level, the findings revealed to be not significantly related to each other. In terms of relationship between academic stressors and coping styles, the findings revealed to be not significantly related to each other. In terms of relationship of stress level to coping styles, the findings revealed that the relationship between stress level and coping styles was found to be significantly related.<br/> |
