Abstract: ABOGADO, ROBILYN R. Production Planning of VSR Organic Fish Farm Undergraduate Case Study, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Operations Management, College of Economics, Management and Development Studies. Cavite State University, Don Severino delas Alas Campus, lndang Cavite. January 2018. Adviser: Engr. Gilberto S. David. The study aimed to describe the profile and entire operations of VSR Organic Fish Farm, describe the production planning of fish used by the business, analyze the production planning of the fish using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis and identify the problems encountered in the production planning of fish faced by the business and recommend feasible solutions for the identified problems. The study used primary source of data which were gathered through personal interview with the employees, staffs, supervisors, and the manager that involves in the production. Observing the daily activities of the business were also done to gather other needed information. Other data and information were taken from secondary sources by reading the manuals, files, records, reliable websites in the internet and another related books and researches. The author used a descriptive method to identify the production planning of the farm. Also, flowchart, tables and figures were used to present the production planning of the business. This study also, presents the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats or SWOT analysis of the farm. It was observed that the business has the capacity to perform correct process of planning and exceedingly satisfactory products for the customer. Most of the results presented demonstrate outstanding records which relates to the entire operation and production planning of the business. The business provides different products in the mini restaurant, organic fish and vegetables. The planning and operation in the business are said to be completed before the good can be accepted by the customer.
