Abstract: MORALITA, NIKKA KIM A. Compensation and Benefits of employee in Rolly Trucking Service Case Study, Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2018. Adviser Eng. Gilberto S. David. The study was conducted at Rolly Trucking Service, located at 71 Ciriano Nazareno Street, Naic, Cavite. Generally, the study focused on describing the compensation and benefits of the employees in Rolly Trucking Service. Specifically, the study aimed to: (a) describe the company profile; (b) describe the compensation and benefits of the employees in Roily Trucking Service; (c) Analyze through SWOT analysis, compensation and benefits of the employees in Rolly Trucking Service; (d) identify the problems encountered by the company and (e) recommend solutions to the problems identified_ The study mainly covered the compensation and benefits of the employees in the company. Roily Trucking Service has their own compensation and benefits system to attract, retrain and motivate brains to meet objectives. And one of the biggest challenges facing by the business entities is how compensation manages and retaining employees because many employees nowadays are getting satisfied through money. In addition, compensation and benefits are one of the factors to keep employees motivated. Like other companies that also face the same problems where employees were opted to leave due to low salary rate, its policy of no work no pay and, they do not have a vacation leave with pay. Because of that, many employees try to find other jobs with better compensation and benefits that fit to their job and talents. The company doesn't give the proper commission of truck driver and helper. Because of this, their debts are piling up. Rolly Trucking Service plans to have an implementation on giving additional incentives or rewards for job-specific employees to help to motivate them to do tasks very well, to reduce absenteeism. Lastly Rolly Trucking Services plans to have all non-regular employees of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), it will be the first step to reduce the debt of truck drivers and helpers, secondly they will know the fixed amount of their commission and, thirdly they will be limited in getting cash advance and or for emergency only. The SWOT analysis of the study discussed how compensation and benefits of the company' given by the employees. Many companies found it difficult to retain good employees and enhance their productivity. They lose employees, because the competitors offer them a good package of benefits and this has a great effect for the company's productivity. As a result, the Human Resource Management develops the strategy that will compensate the employees to increase the motivational factors and the production of the company.
