A total of 24 fungi were isolated from five species of weeds, namely: tagulinao, pansit-pansitan, damong-mabaho, sampasampalukan and sigang-dagat. Eight genera of fungi were identified. They belonged to genus Fusarium, Aspergillus, Acremonium, Helminthosporium, Botrytis, one to Phytophthora, Polysphondylium and Cercospora. The remaining nine isolates were unidentified.
