This study was conducted in order to determine the influence of video surveillance systems on employees' efficiency, job attitude, and occupational safety in selected manufacturing companies in Cavite. Specifically, the study aimed to: (a) describe the socio - demographic profile of employees in selected manufacturing companies in Cavite; (b) determine the perceived influence of video surveillance on employees' efficiency, job attitude, and occupational safety; (c) determine the location of video surveillance in the selected manufacturing companies; (d) determine the perception of the employees on the importance of installation and implementation of video surveillance; (e) determine if there is a significant relationship between influence of video surveillance on employees and perception of employees on video surveillance; and (f) determine if there is a significant difference on perception of employees on video surveillance according to their age, sex, work status and years of service. Data were collected with the use of survey questionnaires. Participants of the study were the employees of selected electronic manufacturing companies in Cavite. Weighted mean, percentage, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation were used. Results' showed that the perception of employees in the installation of video surveillance system according to sex has no significant difference. It also showed that the perception of employees on influence of video surveillance on their efficiency, job attitude, and occupational safety; and the importance of installation and implementation of video surveillance systems had no influence on each other and all interpret a significant relationship.
