The project was a partnership type of business among the three owners that covered all the functional management areas such as organization, production, marketing and finance. Through this project, these students were able to apply their knowledge and ideas in decision making and also enhanced their attitude and relationship in dealing with each other and their clients. Moreover, the proponents were able to apply the knowledge and theories acquired throughout their course. For production, these entrepreneurs knew the importance of manpower and how it can affect the productivity of the business. They also learned that the quality of raw materials is important for the consistency of the product. Marketing is one of the most important aspects in business, thus they used promotional strategies such as social media, online selling, tarpaulin, flyers, trade fairs and product expo and video advertisements. For three months of operation, Wow Alamang had generated a total sales of PhP52,690.00 with a gross profit of PhP 20,181.58 and a net income of PhP13,860.02. Through this project, the entrepreneurs gained knowledge and skills in actual business operations such as decision making, organizing, business strategies and customer relations. They also learned that venturing into food business is both challenging and rewarding. On the other hand, the proponents encountered some problems in marketing, production, sales, and finance, but eventually solved these problems. Good exposure to huge events like trade fairs and exhibits enabled them to introduce their products to prospective customers
