Effectiveness of Online Teaching among BS Accountancy Students at Cavite State University, Main Campus, A.Y. 2021-2022. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Development Management major in Rural Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. August 2022. Adviser Ms. Sheryl S. Ersando. The study was conducted from May 2021 to January 2022 in Cavite State University-Main Campus, the research was focused on the College of Economics, Management, and Development Studies. The study covered students who were enrolled during the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022. Specifically, this study aimed to: (1) describe the socio-demographic profile of the participants in terms of age, sex, year level, and monthly family income; (2) determine the 10 factors that influence the online teaching among BS Accountancy student at CVSU-Main Campus: (3) determine the effectiveness of online teaching based on Chickering and Gamson's (1987) Seven Principles of Effective Teaching; and (4) analyze the relationships between factors that influence the Online teaching and the effectiveness of online teaching based on Chickering and Gamson's (1987) Seven Principles of Effective Teaching among BS Accountancy Students at CVSU-Main Campus. The BSA had 5 levels of year and a population of 461 student. This thesis study aspires to become one of the inspiration and alternative sources for paper making. This was conducted in order to produce a paper that perceives the Effectiveness of Online Teaching among the BS Accountancy Students of Cavite State University Main. Specifically in the season of COVID-19 Pandemic. In order to produce this paper, the researchers conducted an online survey for the collection of data and information that is needed for the study. Students of BS Accountancy in Cavite State University was the chosen participants. The results from the online survey and statistical analysis showed that the Effectiveness of Online Teaching was Present under the institution of BS Accountancy students in Cavite State University and it was based on Seven Principles of Online Learning by Chickering and Gamson’s. This paper serves as a guide on improving future papers that is related. This paper would also help to develop new approaches in Online Learning and Teaching in the near future.
