The Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient showed that the factors such as work-related factors: relationship to profession, location of practice, and existing management system; and personal aspect factors: board passer, family approval, state of health, and seminars/trainings attended had a significant correlation with the employability status of nursing graduates. The study also revealed that all the identified factors: personal aspects, previous affiliations and curriculum vitae factors had a significant correlation with the marketability status of the graduate participants.
