Abstract: CAO, ROSE ANN, Evaluation of Training Programs of DBP Service Corporation. Case Study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2013. Adviser: Ms. Iluminada R. Hernandez. This case study was conducted from November 12, 1012 to February 27, 2013 to evaluate the personnel training program used by DBP Service Corporation. The study aimed to (1) identify different training programs conducted by the company with the different types of employees such as security guards, utility workers and clerks; (2) determine how often the company conducts its training programs; (3) know who conducts the training evaluation; (4) describe how the company designs training programs; (5) know the insights of the employees regarding the program; and (6) determine the effects of training programs to the employees in terms of productivity and performance. Observations and interviews were the methods used by the student in data gathering. DBP Service Corporation provided different types of training for its employees before deployment to its clients and sometimes the training was conducted based on the request of the clients. The company provides different types of training programs for its employees such as: (1) security measures and marksmanship training; (2) janitorial safety training program; (3) occupational skills training program; and (4) clerical administration training. Selected employees from HR department, some security guards, clerks and utility personnel served as the participants of the study. The training programs of DBP Service Corporations were helpful to the employees to improve their knowledge and skills to improve their performance and make the clients satisfied with their work. Satisfying clients is the foundation of having mutual relationship between the companies. The clients were more attracted to those employees having discipline and knowledgeable in doing works. Having training program is the best way to make the clients satisfied with the employees serving themat DBPSC
