Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resource Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2014. Adviser: Prof. Cecilia T. Cayao. The study was conducted to determine the demographic profile of the participants, to determine the level of work ethics and level of job satisfaction, to know the relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction, and to determine whether there was a significant difference in the level of work ethics and job satisfaction when participants were grouped according to demographic characteristics. The study used descriptive correlational research design to determine the relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction. Statistical tools such as mean, frequency, percentage and standard deviation were applied to describe the demographic profile of the participants. Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Lastly, Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis test was used to determine the significant difference in the level of work ethics and job satisfaction of the teachers. The outcomes of this study showed that teachers’ work ethics has a positive relationship with job satisfaction. Also, the secondary school teachers were able to observe and practice the ethical and moral principles and the standards and values that were being imposed. The teachers were also contented as well as fulfilled with their jobs and were able to meet their needs. Only a few teachers were not satisfied at all.
