Abstract: PEREY, RODNEY M. Grading System of National Service Training Program in Cavite State University — Main Campus. bachelor of science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2014: Ms. Gladys G. Perey A study was conducted to provide a better-quality grading system of Narional Service Training Program (NSTP) as well as to give solutions to the problem met by NSTP instructors in handling the grades of the students. The system was proficient in computing, recording, submitting, uploading and inputting of student grades. It has two level of access administrator and instructor. The system was composed of four primary modules. These were the account module that concern the log-in and log-out functionality, the student record module which contains the information about the student, the grades module that concern the inputting, viewing and editing of grades and the report module which provides records of prints and views. Software Development Methodology was used as a method to progressively complete the entire system. This methodology was composed of different phase namely: analyze/planning, breakdown priority project, design module, code test, integration of sub procedure and testing, integration of system and test/implementation. in creating the system, the main programming language used was 'Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) along with it were Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript and My Structured Query Language (MySQL). The software that was used were XAMPP, Adobe Photoshop, Notepad++ and Microsoft Office Word 2007.
