Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction among Registered Medical Technologists of Car Sigma District in Cavite. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. The study generally aimed to determine and understand what constitutes quality of work life and job satisfaction in a working environment. The researcher used a quantitative descriptive correlational research design in conjunction with quantitative data collection. Due to the descriptive nature of the demographic population's responses, this sort of research design was appropriate for the study. The questionnaire was used as the data collection tool via Google form. A total of 55 Registered Medical Technologists took part in the survey, with the majority of them being women. The findings also revealed a large number of employees who were young adults. A considerable percentage of the participants were single, all of whom had earned a degree, some of whom were master’s degree graduates, and some of them were still in charge of the course. There were many people who were employed permanently, with the majority of them having a job tenure of 2 to 4 years. The bulk of respondents work in the private sector, most of them earning between P15,001 and P20,000 a month. All of the participants were satisfied in terms of compensation, recognition, personal development, working productivity/efficiency, overall quality of work life, and overall job satisfaction. The findings also revealed that there was no significant relationship and differences between quality of work life and job satisfaction towards their demographic profile, except for the positive significance of monthly compensation to job satisfaction and quality of work life, and it is suggested that to increase the satisfaction, companies should strive to develop high salary, promotional activities, and neatly compensation.
