Samarita, The Basement + 3 Story Structure is considered as a critical institutional facility and multipurposed was analyzed using STAAD.Pro. Connect Edition Software for structural analysis. The Structure is set to be erected at Maragondon, Cavite, residing inside the GRIP compound. The GRIP Facility initiated the need of the structural design and analysis of the Biochemical and Tissue Culture Laboratory or Laboratory research Facility 3-4, in order to foster medicine research. Cancer therapy and improve research about medicine and health. It passes all serviceability checks and was designed using forces gathered through the structural analysis The research was aimed to produce a preliminary structural plan, architectural plans, electrical and plumbing plans. Its main goal is to create structural plans that has design and details and is structurally possible enough to be constructed in the real world. In accordance to local and international structural design codes; the design yields 5 types of beams at 300mm x400mm max cross section, 2 column types at 400mm x 400mm and 370mm x 370mm. And footings with maximum thickness of 0.5 m and burrowed 4.1 m from NGL. Slabs range from 125mm to 150 mm thick The estimated construction project cost of the structure is 511 ,240,954.00 Php and has a gross area of 17,318 m2 It is costed at 29,520.78 Pesos / m2
