Abstract: ANTIOJO, JADE FRANCES C., “Communication Campaign Strategies of Naic Municipal Government on Basurang Di Pinagbukod-bukod, Maiiwan Sa Inyong Bakod as Perceived By the Selected Residents of Naic, Cavite” Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, major in Journalism, Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. March 2012. Adviser: Mrs. Bonnalyn C. Caisip. The study was conducted at Labac Naic, Cavite from January to March 2012. Descriptive method was used in this research as it tried to find out the implications of the study and determine the perception of selected residents of Labac Naic, Cavite on the different communication strategies use in the waste segregation campaign campaign, “Basurang Di Pinagbukod-bukod, Maiiwan sa Inyong Bakod”. Specifically, it aimed to determine the determine the level of exposure of the respondents in the campaign “Basurang Di Pinagbukod-bukod”; to discover the perception of the selected residents of Labac Naic, Cavite on the different strategies used in the campaign; to identify how effective are the campaign strategies as perceived by the respondent based on the level of exposure, level of perception and level of action of the respondent.; determine the level of action as a result of exposure to “Basurang Di Pinagbukod-bukod”. Survey questionnaire were used in this study which utilized descriptive method to describe the perception of selected residents of Labac Naic, Cavite in different communication campaign strategies used by Naic Government in “Basurang Di Pinagbukod-bukod”. Questionnaires were filled out by 100 conveniently selected residents ages 18-40 year old of Barangay Labac, Naic, Cavite. The result of the study shows that to the tools used by the Naic Government are effective campaign materials in exposing the respondents in promoting the campaign “Basurang Di Pinagbukod-bukod, Maiiwan sa Inyong bakod”.
