E-learning: Readiness, Perception, and Attitude of College of Education Students of Cavite State University during the Covid-19 Pandemic Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Development Management major in Rural Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. August 2022. Adviser: Ms. Richelle Joy P. Baon. The study was conducted to determine the readiness, perception and attitude of the College of Education students at Cavite State University in E-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, it aimed to determine the demographic characteristics of the students in terms of age, residential address, sex, civil status, year level, course, their level of readiness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, advantages, disadvantages, and problems encountered in E-learning in the College of Education at Cavite State University-Main Campus Indang Cavite. A total of 351 students in College of Education served as the participants of the study. The majority of students belonged to the age range 18-20 years old. There were more female students (77%) than male students and the majority (99%) of them are single. Top of the participants was residing at General Trias Cavite with the percentage of (18%), the rest of the participants are currently residing in different Municipality of Cavite, Batangas and Laguna. In terms of year level more than a quarter (30%) were fourth year. It was also found out that twenty-seven percent were both taking Bachelor of Science Tourism Management and Bachelor of Science Hospitality Management. In general, students showed a 'high' rating on their level of readiness which means students have the high chance to cope with this new learning set up. They are somewhat open to adapt E-learning to continue their studies. On their perceived usefulness, 'very useful' rating was obtained which means students see the positive outcome of this E-learning method and thinks that this is very useful at this time of pandemic. On their perceived ease of use, 'easy' rating which means students. perceived this E-learning easy to use, they have access to the learning program. On the other hand, they have a neutral attitude toward E-learning, which means that students are undetermined if this E-learning can sustain the quality education that they needs. It was found out that 'access to online materials' are most frequently mentioned advantages of E-learning during the Covid -19 pandemic. On the other hand, majority of the students mentioned 'technical problem' as one of the disadvantages of E-learning. The most frequently mentioned problem by the students during the pandemic was about 'technical issues'.
