Making available of ergonomic design of a sewing chair in workstation to promote adequate proper body position and lessen movement constraints to a minimum. In order to maintain adequate body position when working particularly in a sitting position, operators should be provided with the right chair and provide standing operators with good quality anti-fatigue mats that cover the entire working area. This anti-fatigue mats may lessen the stress of the workers in prolonged standing position.
