Abstract: JAN BONNIN SIILLA, DANE CLARITO, RUTH BALDONADO., Triple Play Banana Cider Vinegar. Entrepreneurial Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2018. Adviser: Ms. Tania Marie P. Melo. Triple Play Banana Cider Vinegar operated for six months from January 2 to June 30, 2018. Entrepreneurial Development Project was conducted at the farm of Mr. Jan Bonnin Silla. Generally, the entrepreneurial project was conducted to provide the Opportunity for the proponents to apply the knowledge they had gained as marketing students in actual business operation. It was also designed to enhance the skills and business acumen of the students as budding entrepreneurs. Specifically, Triple Play aimed to: determine the profitability of food production and distribution of vinegar and cider vinegar business; gain knowledge and insights from the operation of the business; identify the problems encountered in the operation of the business; and promote Republic Act 9003 which is Ecological Waste Management. Triple Play offered banana cider vinegar in three bottle sizes: 120m1, 320m1 and a 380m1 which is also available for banana vinegar. To promote the business, the entrepreneurs looked for possible customers and prospects. The entrepreneurs did several marketing efforts to be able to reach customers for their products. They conducted free tasting activity while they were demonstrating their products to their customers. They also provided calling cards for their customers to reach them. They also went to the Municipal Hall of General Trias, Cavite and did their best to offer their product to the government employees. They used tarpaulin to inform the customers about the product. They participated in trade fair and exhibit that was held in Cavite State University — Indang Campus. They also participated in a trade fair and exhibit that was held in Robinsons Place — General Trias. They've posted their product in their personal accounts in social media to sell and inform customers about the product. Lastly, the entrepreneurs also did personal selling to reach some customers specially the elders. The business was in the form of partnership. An initial capital of P30,000.00 was equally shared by the three entrepreneurs. Diffirent tasks and responsibilities in operating the enterprise evenly shared by the proponents. Cider vinegar and banana vinegar business makes a good profit. Especially when someone has to offer it for a cheaper price. However, it will require a lot of hardships and effort to run a business like this. While the business is operating, the proponents faced serious problem regarding to their stock of over- ripped bananas. Domino-effect hits their business causing their operation to stop for a mean time and had forced them to look for public markets that may solve their problem. But they did not found any solution to this causing them bled financiall y. As for their problem to be fix and to help the proponents gained what they loss, they are required to extend their business for two months. During this extension, the proponents managed their business successfully. For the six- month operation, the enterprise generated a total sales of P32,520.00. After deducting the operating expenses, a net income of P5,734.66 was generated.
