The study was conducted in Cavite State University from July to December 2015 to evaluate the participants learning styles, time management, and productivity level of working students. Specifically, this study aimed to determine: 1) the learning styles of the working students, in terms of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic; 2) the level of time management of the working students; 3) the level of productivity of the working students in terms of social interactions, academics and work; and 4) the significant relationship between learning styles and time management, learning styles and productivity level and time management and productivity level.
This study used quantitative design; the researchers made a survey questionnaire for quantitative part. The questionnaire obtained the information that was needed in the study. The questionnaire was divided into four (4) parts. The first part focused on the learning styles, composed of 33 items. The second part was on the time management survey which has 37 questions. The productivity level in terms of social interactions was measured with a 10-item questionnaire, while in the terms of work answered by the managers or supervisors it has 14 items. Lastly, in terms of productivity level for academics the researchers printed all the certificate of grades of every participant. There were 100 participants in the study.
Based on the findings, the researchers found out that the participants have a very good level of productivity in terms of social interaction, work, and academic. The most
preferred learning style of the participants was the Visual learning style. It was found that there was a relationship between learning style and the level of time management. Also, there was a relationship between learning style and the level of academic productivity. There was a positive weak relationship between level of time management and level of social interaction productivity.
Lastly, there was no significant relationship between learning styles and work, time management and work, and time management and academic.
