Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resource Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Mr.Gener T. Cueno. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between reward satisfaction and work engagement of financial advisor in selected life insurance companies in Cavite. The objectives of the study was to determine the demographic profile of financial advisors in selected life insurance companies in Cavite:the monetary and non-monetary performance based rewards receive:the reward satisfaction; the level of work engagement and the relationship between reward satisfaction; and employees’ work engagement. The study was conducted on life insurance companies in Imus, Dasmarinas City and Bacoor City, Cavite from August to February 2019 with a total of 142 financial advisors as participants. The study shows that majority of the participants had worked in the life insurance companies for an average of four and a half years, dominated by the female participants, and were married. Majority of the participants were new financial advisors. The financial advisor in selected life insurance companies in Cavite unanimously agreed that they were highly satisfied to the performance-based rewards receive from their companies.in terms of work engagement, the participants were highly engaged.Results also show that there was significant relationship between reward satisfaction and work engagement of financial advisor in selected life insurance companies in Cavite.
