Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2022. Adviser: Dr. Famela Iza Cabe-Matic. The anti-sexual harassment act or also known as RA 7877 is tie primary special law that protects individuals on sexual harassment. This act is also known as an Act declaring sexual harassment unlawful, in the employment, education or training environment, and for other purposes- This study aimed primarily to determine the level of awareness of the students and staff and the level of implementation of CvSU- Main Campus policies and guidelines on sexual harassment. A descriptive-correlational method was applied in this study utilizing self-made questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed using the frequency, average mean, and t-test were used to treat the data acquired from the responses the participants from the survey questionnaire. The findings of this show that most of the students and staff are "fully aware" of sexual harassment. Furthermore, the CvSU- Main Campus "implemented" the policies and guidelines on sexual harassment. However, there is a significant relationship between the of awareness and level of implementation against sexual harassment. Lastly, this study concluded that the CvSU — Main Campus is effectively in implementing polices and guidelines about sexual harassment the Faculty and are fully aware on sexual harassment resulting that there is significant relationship of the level of awareness and level of implementation.
