The financial management practices of the blue-collar workers are occasionally practiced in terms of budgeting, spending, saving, and borrowing; and their financial well-being are moderately secured. Overall, financial management practices have no significant relationship to any socio-economic profile of the participants. Sex is found significant in terms of budgeting and spending. Employment status is also significant in terms of spending practices. In terms of saving practices, it reveals that the number of sources of income of participants is significantly related. While in terms of borrowing, educational attainment and borrowing practices are significantly related. The financial well-being of the blue-collar workers is significantly related to age and educational attainment of the participants. Furthermore, financial management practices are also significantly related to the financial well-being of the participants.
