Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Cavite State University Indang, Cavite. April 2004. Adviser: Mr. Marlon R. Perena The study was about Online Computer Assisted Instruction on Supervision and Management for BIT Students. The subject Supervision and Management tackles the following topics: Personnel Planning and Recruiting: The Recruitment and Selection Process, Employment Planning and Forecasting, Recruiting Job Candidates, Developing and Using Application Forms; Employee Testing and Selection: The Selection Process, Basic Testing Concepts, Ethical, Legal, and Fairness Questions in Testing, Types of Test8, Work Samples and Simulations, Other Selection Techniques; Interviewing Candidates: Basic Features of Interviews, What Factors Can Undermine an Interviews Usefulness, and Designing and Conducting the Effective Interview. The software has a log-in and log-out for students to store their individual records in the database. Lessons were presented with the application of different illustrations, figures, and sounds. A randomized set of questions was provided in each chapter to evaluate student's understanding of the lessons presented. A glossa1Y of terms was also included. The study followed the paper prototyping in developing the software. The programming language used for the software development is PHP with JavaScript. MySQL was used as the database. Different types of testing were used to ensure that the software functions successfully.
