Mabato, Maragondon, Cavite from June 1988 to October 1988 to determine the effect of different farm manures on the growth and yield of peanuts and to identify the most suitable farm manure for the plant the study used the Randomized Complete block Design using four kinds of animal manure for the treatments: chicken, horse, swine and cow manure. Results revealed that peanuts fertilized with chicken manure grew the fastest and produced the highest yield; thus, the highest net return. The lowest yield was obtained from the control(without fertilizer).

The study was conducted in bo.
