This study was conducted on broiler rums in selected areas of Cavite particularly in Gen. Aguinaldo, Indang, Magallanes and Silang from January 2018 to April 2018 to determine their working capital management practices and profitability analysis. It aimed to determine the following: (1) business profile of broiler farms in selected areas of Cavite as to their location, form of ownership, years of operation, and number of employees; (2) working capital management practices of broiler farms in selected areas of Cavite, as to their cash management, accounts receivables management, accounts payable management and inventory management; (3) profitability of broiler farms in selected areas of Cavite as to their gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on total assets, return on investments and return on total equity; (4) relationship between business profile as to their years of operation and number of employees and working capital management practices of broiler farms; (5) relationship between business profile as to their years of operation and number of employees and level of profitability of broiler farms; (6) relationship between working capital management practices and level of profitability of broiler farms; and (7) relationship between working capital management practices and profitability analysis of broiler farms in selected areas of Cavite. The researchers used mean, frequency, percentage, range, Spearman rank correlation. Profitability ratios and Live-point Likert scale to interpret and answer the objectives of the study. From the gathered data, majority or broiler Farms were from Magallanes and most broiler farms were sole proprietorship. The participants' length of service ranged From 3 to 2 I years. The number of employee ranged From 1 to 28 with an average of eight employees. The managers/owners of the broiler farms moderately practiced their working capital management practices. The result revealed that broiler farms in selected areas of Cavite had a high gross profit margin, average net profit margin, low return on total assets, low return on investment and average return on total equity. From the result of the study, business profile in terms of years of operation and number of employees were significantly related to working capital management practices of broiler farms. Business profile in terms of years of operation and number of employees were not significantly related to level of profitability. There is also a significant relationship between years of operation management practices and level of profitability of broiler farms and there is no significant relationship between working capital management practices and profitability analysis of broiler farms.
