Abstract: FAUSTO, JO-ANNE C., and RAMOS, ROXANNE MAE C. Exposure to Ipaglaban Mo and Awareness on Philippine Laws among Selected Housewives of Sampaloc I, Dasmarilias City. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2018. Adviser: Ms. Erica Charmane B. Hernandez. The study was conducted to determine the level exposure to Ipaglaban Mo, and their level of awareness on Philippine laws of selected housewives of Sampaloc I, Dasmarinas City and its relationship. The study was conducted from December 2017 to March 2018. The study used purposive sampling technique to come up with 100 selected housewives of Sampaloc I, Dasmarinas City who were watching Ipaglaban Mo episodes from July to September 2017. The statistical measures applied were frequency count, percentage and mean to determine the level of exposure to Ipaglaban Mo and level of awareness on Philippine laws. Spearman Rank Correlation was used to determine the relationship between the level of exposure to Ipaglaban Mo and level of awareness on Philippine laws. The results showed that the participants have a high level of exposure to Ipaglaban Mo program. The study also indicated that the participants were aware on Philippine laws. Finally, it was revealed that the level of exposure to Ipaglaban Mo and awareness level on Philippine laws among selected housewives of Sampaloc I, Dasmarinas City were significantly related; the higher the exposure to Ipaglaban Mo, the higher the awareness on Philippine laws; the lower the exposure to Ipaglaban Mo, the lower the awareness on Philippine laws.
