Abstract: COSARE, JOSHUA ROBERT S. AND TANTOCO, MICOH C. EVALUTATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION, SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF CAVITE STATE UNIVERSITY MAIN CAMPUS, INDANG, CAVITE. Undergraduate Thesis.Bachelor of Sports and Recreational Management.Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. March 2013. Adviser: Mr. Victor F. Piores A study among CSPEAR students enrolled in Bachelor of Sports and Recreational Management was conducted to determine the perception of C SPEAR students to the implementation of the CSPEAR program. Specifically, the study described the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, year level, and grade point average (GPA). The study also compared the perception of CSPEAR students to the implementation of CSPEAR program. The study employed descriptive research design. A total sample of 110 CSPEAR students served as the respondents for this study. Descriptive statistic tool, frequency counts, mean, standard deviation, Kruskal Wallis test statistics, and Mann Whitney test statistics were used to answer the objectives of the study. Result showed that 48.3 percent fall under the age bracket of 17 and below, 30 percent fall under the age bracket of 18 to 19, and 21.8 percent fall under the age bracket of 20 and above. Majority of the respondents were male. 50.9 percent of the respondents fall under the category of average students according to grade point average, 10.9 percent of the respondent fall under above average, 36.4 percent of the respondents fall under below average. The perception of CSPEAR students to CSPEAR program were "positive" as evident by the overall mean rating of 3.13. Most of the respondents agreed on the questionnaire made by the researchers. Test statistics showed that no significant difference exist on the perception of CSPEAR students to the implementation of CSPEAR program when grouped according to age, gender, year level, and grade point average (GPA). As a whole, finding revealed that CSPEAR students had a positive perception towards the implementation of CSPEAR program in Cavite State University-Main Campus.
