Abstract: Anciro, Floren R. and Zarsadias, Brenda Raquel B. -BF 's Ice Cream Making: An Enterprise Development Project." Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Agribusiness. Don Severino Agricultural College, April, 1997. Adviser: Mr. Roderick M. Rupido. A four-month ice cream making project was conducted at Don Severino Agricultural College, Indang, Cavite on November 1996 to February 1997. Through this project, the student’s capabilities in management, social relationship and decision making in handling a business were developed. Moreover, the students were trained on running a business by applying knowledge into actual work situation. The project concentrated on management covering all the functional areas such as organization, production, marketing and finance. Primary data were gathered through direct observations and through personal interviews with some individuals who have knowledge and experience in ice cream making. Secondary data were gathered through research. The problems encountered by the project include changes in weather conditions and unavailability of necessary equipment and primary ingredients. _Thus proper timing of production and early preparation of all the necessary materials and ingredients especially those that are not readily available anytime are recommended. Another important aspect is technical know-how. Without it, losses are always around and one cannot have a stable and successful business. Through observations, it was found out that ice cream making is a very good income generating enterprise.
