This study was conducted from November 2015 to March 2016 to determine the perception and preparation of human resource managers to ASEAN Integration and readiness of manufacturing companies in selected area of Cavite. The study aimed to determine the demographic profile, the perception and the preparations made by human resource managers with respect to the ASEAN Integration, the degree of preparation, the readiness of manufacturing companies to ASEAN Integration and the significant relationship between perception and preparation of human resource managers to ASEAN Integration. A questionnaire was used to gather data from 100 participants with the use of a survey questionnaire developed by the researches. Frequency count, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used in the analysis. Spearman rank was used to test the hypothesis. Results showed that the human resource managers in manufacturing companies were mostly in their 40s, majority were female, married, with bachelor’s degree and working in the company for at most 8 years. Human resource managers were found to have a positive perception of ASEAN Integration and they have moderate preparation in view of this event.
