Abstract: AQUINO, SANJU O., CAMPO ARIES C., LACANARIA, JERVIN T. Distribution Efficiency of Purified Drinking Water Stations in Trece Martires City. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Operations Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Engr. Tita C. Lopez. The study was conducted from August to May 2019 and the place of the study conducted in thirteen barangays in Trece Martires City, Cavite. This study used descriptive and correlation statistical tools in analyzing data. The scope and limitation of this study focused on significant difference between in distribution efficiency of purified drinking water station as perceived by the business owners and as perceived customers and some distribution channel such as scheduling, packaging, inventory management, multi-channel distribution, and distribution strategy. The study was conducted to determine the following: (a) socio- demographic profile of owners of purified drinking water stations; (b) determine the business profile of purified drinking water station; (c) Determine the customer socio-demographic profile; (d) the distribution channel of purified drinking water business; and (e) the distribution efficiency of purified drinking water as perceived by the business owners and customers; (f) What are the problems encountered during product distribution; (g) determined if is a significant difference on distribution efficiency as perceived by customer and the business owner. The results showed that the average age of the owner of purified drinking water station was ranged from 31 to 40 years old. Majority of the owners were male, were married, and college graduate. All of the business owners of purified drinking water station in Trece Martires City were owned as sole proprietorship, l yr. to 5 years in operation and majority of the participants answered that most of their customers were retailers. Lastly, the most common problems that the owner encountered during the product distribution were leakage of some water containers and delay of delivery of the product.
