One-way ANOVA and t-test were used to determine the significant difference between the variables. Spearman Correlation was used to determine if there is a significant relationship between the variables. In terms of socio-demographic profile, findings show that Generation Y dominates the women entrepreneurs with 46 percent. Majority are married (83%), college graduates (57%), and full time in business (76%). In terms of the business profile, a considerable percentage of the businesses are in retail (60%), 66 percent are located in Poblacion, 82 percent are under sole proprietorship, and a small majority (32%) had been operating their business for 4 to 6 years. in terms of perceived level of working capital management practices, the result shows that accounts receivable management and accounts payable management were only somewhat practiced, while inventory management was being practiced. On the other hand, in terms of entrepreneurial skills, it shows that women entrepreneurs are highly capable of being innovative and proactive. They are also capable of taking risks. The study revealed no significant difference on the practice of risk-taking by women entrepreneurs when grouped according to any socio-demographic characteristic and business characteristic used in this study. This means that risk-taking is a major component in entrepreneurial ventures and a natural expectation from anyone who is venturing into entrepreneurship. A woman entrepreneur from lndang could not have put up her business and survive the business world without practicing a healthy amount of risk-taking. This study showed a significant relationship between accounts receivable management and risk-taking and pro activeness. There was no significant relationship between accounts payable management and the level of entrepreneurial skills of women entrepreneurs, while there was a significant relationship between the inventory management and the level of entrepreneurial skills of women entrepreneurs.
