The descriptive correlational method was utilized to determine the present condition of 89 (97%) of BEEd graduates of CVSU according to the variables listed above. Questionnaires and interview schedules were used as data gathering materials. The data gathered were tabulated. After analyzing and interpreting the data, the following were revealed: Majorities of the respondents passed the PBET examination with "good" rating. Majority of them were employed and had "very satisfactory" job perfomance level• Most graduates received P 13,000 — P 16,900 monthly and were 'fairly productive" in terms of benefits. The graduates were highly employed. Majority reported that lack of qualification was their problem in search for job while lack of instructional materials was their main problem in the performance of their job. Significant relationship was found between academic perfomance; and job performance, academic performance and monthly income; and job performance and monthlv income. The College of Education should hold Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) review classes more extensively, lengthening the time and including more topics for the benefit of graduates who will take the examination. The school administrators should device scheme where additional income can be generated and which later can be used to improve the facilities of the school, so the teachers will not contribute their own money. The teachers themselves should exert effort to prepare the instructional materials, which will help them in the performance of their job. Every college in the university should conduct a follow-up study of its g•aduates to determine their present condition and to what extent it has contributed to the growth, development and transformation of its graduates based on their performance and productivity. It is recommended that the administrator should encourage BEEd who have not professionally upgraded themselves to pursue graduate studies. They should attend in-service trainings, workshops, conferences and seminars to meet their needs for future use.
