Abstract: This hog fattening project was conducted in Buna Cerca, Indang, Cavite to harness the student's entrepre-neural skills and to gain managerial/supervisory experience in applying the basic principles of swine production through proper integration of agribusiness concepts. Aside from the relatively poor feed conversion efficiency, the average final body weight and feed consumption of the hogs were lower than the projected. A net income of i'l63.93 per hog was realized at the end of the feeding period. Actual operation of the project provided the student the experience in making important management decisions relative to the success of the enterprise.
