The researcher used the descriptive method in this study describing and interpreting the work satisfaction and body image of working adults. The technique that was employed in this study was the purposive sampling technique, in which respondents were chosen based on the criteria set by the researcher. To determine the ideal sample size relevant to the study, the researcher used the Slovin's formula. To know the significant relationship of body image and work satisfaction the researcher used the Chi-square for statistical treatment. The study involved two hundred eighty-seven (287) respondents from different barangays of Indang, Cavite. Majority of the respondents are at the age range of 18 to 21 years old, and most of them are females and single, working in Gateway Business Park in General Trias, Cavite, of which majority are residing in Kayquit, Indang, Cavite. The largest numbers of the respondents are production workers, while majority of the companies where they are working are situated in Cavite. Majority of the respondents have been working for 1 to 11 months already. Most of the respondents have positive body image. The result of the study shows that there is no significant relationship between body image to work satisfaction
