Abstract: ABSTRACT CHUHAIBER, ROSELYN A. and CHUHAIBER, SELENA A. Development of Management Information System of Infirmary in Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. Undergraduate Thesis. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite May 2018. Adviser: Gladys G. Perey. The study was conducted to develop a Management Information System of Infirmary in Cavite State University, as a solution to the problem encountered from their existing system produced by the infirmary specifically disorganized records of patients, unsecured data of the patients that are placed in the cabinets, list of patients is placed in folders corresponds to excel type. This study aimed to develop a management information system to help them improve their existing system and avoid consuming time in recording data of patients and more efficient in working with their files. The system consists of two levels of access, the nurse and the staff of the infirmary. This system provides a security that only the personnel in infirmary can access. The researchers used Structured Evolutionary Prototyping Methodology for the process in the development of the system. There are phases that researchers followed to achieve the overall functional system. Those phases are: requirement gathering, creating the prototype, verification of prototype, and changes for the prototype.
